No website, no reviews, no AI mentions. One week later, a real brand online.
Reggie Martinez runs Martinez Electric LLC, an owner-run electrician in Derry, NH, in business since 2021 and licensed in New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine, doing home and commercial work in all three. In under a week we designed and launched his website and brand. Then came SEO, GEO and his first two Google reviews, both five stars.

Before and after
What a customer could find
What a customer finds now
Before: our audit on October 7, 2026. AI answers were checked in Claude only, with six customer-style questions such as "Who is the best electrician in Derry, NH?".
1. Website design and branding
Martinez Electric had no website, so we designed one from scratch and gave the business a look of its own: the navy, yellow and red of his logo, one bold typeface, and his own job photos of panels, generators, kitchens and commercial rooftop work. It has a home page, an about page, a page for each of his seven services and a quote form that goes straight to his inbox. On a phone, the call button is always at the top.
2. SEO: found on Google and Bing
- Google Business Profile: added the website, set Electrician as the main category, and matched his real hours (Monday to Friday 7am–5pm, Saturday 8am–3pm).
- Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, with a sitemap, so both search engines know every page.
- Google Analytics, counting calls and quote requests, not just visits.
- A page for every service and a list of the towns he covers, from Boston and Concord to southern Maine.
3. GEO: easy for AI to read and recommend
- His business facts as structured data: Electrician, owner, hours, service area, services and the questions customers ask.
- His licenses, written where AI can read them: New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine, with the numbers on his home and About pages, in a FAQ answer and in the structured data.
- A plain-text summary for AI assistants (
llms.txt). - The site open to AI crawlers and search engines.
The first sign it's working: the day after his website went live, Gemini was naming Martinez Electric when asked about electricians in Derry, NH.
4. Reviews: from 0 to 2, both 5 stars
Reviews are one of the strongest signals Google and AI use when deciding who to recommend. Reggie went from no Google reviews to two five-star ones, and both are now on his website word for word, with a link for the next customer to leave one.
★★★★★
"We can't say enough about Reggie and his work - highly recommend!"
★★★★★
"Besides their fantastic workmanship and knowledge the communication when I call is second to none."
5. When we'll know how far it went
AI answers are slow to catch up, usually several weeks to a couple of months. So we'll ask the same six questions again on Day 30 (November 10) and Day 60 (December 10), this time in ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude, and post the answers here word for word and dated, good or bad.
"I had no website, and when people looked up an electrician in Derry, I wasn't showing up. Goldmark got my site live in four days with my own job photos and fixed my Google profile. It finally looks like the business I actually run."
