Part of Visibility · GEO
AI visibility, in plain words.
More and more customers ask ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini who to hire, and the AI usually names two or three businesses. AI visibility, also called GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), is the work of making yours one of them.

What AI assistants look at.
They recommend businesses they can find, read and trust. That comes from the same places customers look.
Your Google Business Profile
Categories, services, the towns you cover, hours and photos.
Your reviews
How many, how recent and what customers say about the work.
Matching listings
The same name, address, phone and hours on every directory.
Your website
Whether it says plainly what you do, where, and answers common questions.
Local mentions
Local "best of" lists and sites that mention your business.
Consistency
Whether all of the above agree with each other.
Part of SEO, not a trick.
There's no secret setting that makes an AI recommend you. Google's own guidance says its AI features rely on the same foundations as regular search.
So we focus on the fundamentals: a complete Google profile, steady and honest reviews, listings that match, and a website that says what you do and where. Those help you on Google, on the map and in AI answers at the same time.
Then we measure. We ask ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini the questions your customers ask, note who they name, word for word and dated, and compare you with the competitors they recommend. Every month we ask again, so you can see what moved.

What is AI visibility?
It's whether AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini name your business when someone asks them who to hire. They usually name two or three businesses. AI visibility work, also called GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), is about making yours one of them.
Is GEO different from SEO?
Less than people think. Google treats it as part of SEO, and the basics are the same: a complete Google profile, steady reviews, matching listings and a clear website. The difference is the goal: being named in the answer, not just listed in the results.
Which AI assistants do you check?
ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. We ask them the questions your customers ask, like "Who's the best plumber in Somerville?", and note who they name, word for word and dated.
How long does it take?
The fixes go live in 1 to 3 weeks. AI answers take longer to catch up: usually several weeks to a few months. We re-check every month, so you can see what moved and when.
Can you guarantee AI will name me?
No, and nobody honestly can. The AI companies decide what their assistants say. We work on the fundamentals they rely on and show you the results every month.
