Privacy policy
What we collect, what we do with it, and how to opt out.

What you send us
When you ask for a free AI visibility check, you send your business name, website, town, type of business, and an email address, a phone number or both. When you book a call, you also send your name, phone number, the day and time you'd like us to call, and any notes you add. If you become a client, we'll also have the details you share with us to do the work.
What we do with it
- We look at your business's public information: your website, Google Business Profile, reviews and directory listings.
- We ask AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini the questions your customers ask, which may include your business name, trade and town. Those services handle what we type under their own privacy policies. We don't type in your email or phone number.
- If you leave an email address, we email you your AI visibility score, then up to four follow-up emails over about two weeks, offering a call to go through your full results. They stop as soon as you book a call or unsubscribe. If you leave a phone number, we may call you about your results.
- Your results are on a private page. Anyone with its link can see your score, so only share it if you want to. The page is taken down after 90 days.
- We keep your details in our private customer records so we know who asked for what.
- A few services handle your details for us: Cloudflare hosts this site and stores requests, Resend sends our emails, Cal.com handles call bookings, and Google Analytics measures visits if you accept cookies.
If you call a business that uses our receptionist
Some of our clients use our AI receptionist to answer the calls they miss. If you call one of them, the receptionist tells you it's an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. It notes your name, number and what you need, and sends a summary to that business so they can call you back. We handle those calls for the business, to pass your message on. To ask about a call, contact the business you called, or email us at the addresses below.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.
- We don't add you to a newsletter.
- We don't log in to your accounts or change anything without your say-so.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use advertising cookies. Without your OK, it stores only two small things in your browser:
- Your cookie choice, so we don't ask again on every page.
- A count of AI visibility check requests sent today, to stop the form being used for spam.
To keep bots out, the check form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that runs in your browser. It doesn't use advertising cookies or follow you to other sites.
If you click Accept, we also load Google Analytics. It sets cookies to count visits and see which pages help people, where visitors come from, and when someone sends a form, books a call or clicks an email link. Google processes this for us; we don't use it for ads and we never sell it. Results-page links stay private: we don't send them to Google. If you click Decline, Google Analytics isn't loaded. You can change your choice at any time with .
Our host, Cloudflare, may also count page views without cookies and without following you to other sites.
Your choices
To stop hearing from us, use our unsubscribe page. To see or delete the details we hold about you, email patrick@goldmarkpartners.com or evan@goldmarkpartners.com. We'll do it promptly.
