These terms cover your use of goldmarkpartners.com and our free AI visibility check. By using the site, you agree to them. Paid work is covered by the written quote or agreement we send you.
The free AI visibility check
- The check is free and you're under no obligation to buy anything.
- We look at public information only, and ask AI assistants the kinds of questions your customers ask.
- The check shows what those assistants said on the dates we asked. AI and search results change often, so answers may differ later.
No guarantees
Google and the AI companies decide what they show. We don't guarantee any ranking, any AI mention, or any number of calls or bookings. We deliver measured work and report measured results: what we did and what moved.
Paid services
Our services are Visibility, Reception and Follow-up. Before any paid work starts, we send you a written quote that sets out what's included, the price and, for monthly work, how to cancel. Nothing is charged without your written OK.
The AI receptionist
The receptionist tells every caller it's an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. It never quotes prices or promises arrival times unless you allow it. It can mishear or misunderstand a caller, so check each summary and call the customer back yourself; you stay responsible for what your business promises customers.
Reviews
We help you ask real customers for honest reviews. We never buy, fake or filter reviews, and we won't do work that breaks Google's or any platform's rules.
Your information
You agree that what you send us is accurate and that you're allowed to share it. How we use it is explained in our privacy policy.
Fair use of the site
Please don't misuse the site: no spam, automated form submissions, or attempts to break or overload it.
